And then there was one...

This week was busy preparing for Addison and Charlie to go on the boat with their Papa and Nana. Catching up on laundry, packing bags, wrapping up swim lessons with Teacher Shannon and picking up Auntie Traci from the bus depot were just a few of our chores. My panic is about to go off as the school year is only a month away and I don't have the kids' lesson plans figured out yet. I managed to pick up a couple of items from the big sale at Launching Success and felt a little relief as I filled out the first of many purchase orders for the kids. Auntie Traci was able to watch Charlie at his last swim lesson but before we went, she again showed us her creepy arm that grosses me out but the kids find it "cool." Because of the fluid in her arm, her hand can be pushed and written on like a stress ball. She gave me a heart impression…so kind. Addi and Charlie are blessed to spend a week on the boat in the San Juan Islands with my parents, Auntie Traci and their cousin Talan. It's SOOOOOO quiet without the typical daily sibling conversations and Myriam having buttons to push. She definitely misses her brother and sister. Now it's time to get some projects done, the To-Do list checked off and some one on one time accomplished with our baby at home. Closing out the week was a relaxing, long-over-do dinner with our good friends and their boys. Myriam added the pink to the bunch of boys on the hill and some laughter as well! Dancing with Sam's old school picture and referring to Mac as "guy" was the highlight! It's been so much fun to see the boys grow up, but also to see them include the terrible two's too!

day 209 - keeping it cool

day 210 - school shopping begins…

day 211 - spinning at cyclocross (this is a serious butt-kicking class. check it out at e2 fitness)

day 214 - thinking about missing addi & charlie

day 215 - an evening with mac, a.k.a. "guy," and the 3 guys frisbee
