Single Awareness Week

The week where everyone tells everyone they love each other with chocolates, flowers, and sweet cards. The kids made Valentine cupcakes for Daddy's work and delivered some to the neighbors too. Of course we had dark chocolates at home to enjoy with homemade cards and gifts from friends. Papa and Nana were soaking up the sun on a cruise with Gigi and Auntie Traci. Even though its still winter time the sun has been peaking through the clouds lots this week and then came the high winds that always scare mommy and make her think every tree is going to come crashing down on the house. Happy Valentine's Week!

day 41 - scientists in the making digging treasures out of plaster fossils

day 42 - my poop artist happily decorating during her last moments in the crib

day 43 - myriam's new big girl bed (check out the blog for the real story behind the bed)

day 44 - having some snuggles with her cousin as we watched them for the day

day 45 - happy valentine's day (a few days after with their gifts from a returned papa & nana)

Chilling our Way Through February

Okay folks. The month for couples to spend money on a day that I think is silly when every day should be Valentine's day. The month full of New Year's resolutions completely side-tracked with chocolate roses, truffles, and my favorite, chocolate dipped strawberries. We started the month with chores, sunshine, and preparations for tropical trips and plan to end it with birthday celebrations. With leftovers from game-day comes harder workouts and healthy choices later in the day too. Someone needs to eat them! What a waste to leave yummy bean dip or butter-smothered bread sit and go to waste?!! I took one for the team. As a past client used to say it, "Happy Single Awareness Month!"

day 34 - tim has made new friends at the windmill. he says, "hi guys", they come swimming

day 35 - genuis idea. just fabulous

day 36 - happy 65th birthday papa

day 37 - tackled the wire corded beast today

day 38 - marriage date night at ncctk

day 39 - phantom of the opera at lcs

day 40 - nolan & marley birthday celebrations at the windmill
