Our week started with a visit to the hand therapist in Bellingham for some thumb/wrist pain I've been experiencing. I was given orders to take six weeks off from work (yeah right) and any other duties that would cause pain such as mopping floors, vacuuming, push-ups (okay, I'll consider that!). The kids enjoyed the downtown views and coffee treats on the way home too! Tim is traveling this week and into next skipping around to three different states and being able to have some pretty cool experiences thanks to work. He went to the Arbor Day Foundation yearly shin-dig and was wowed by their hospitality and events. He planted a tree in Elements honor, toured some museums, ate like a king, and got all cleaned up in a sharp looking suit. He's now in the south west and busy doing what he does best. Myself and the kids are so proud of Daddy! I on the other hand ran a 1/2 marathon this weekend split into two legs at the Mt. Si Relay in North Bend. More to come on this on the family blog! What a great day with temperamental weather conditions! God has been good to our family this week and even better as we see sunshine and high temps for the next week!
